Prairie Biker Rally August 26-28
There’s a lot of road to burn up in Northeastern Colorado, and on August 26th, 27th, and 28th, 2011, all those roads lead to the Morgan County Fairgrounds in Brush, Colorado for the 4th Annual Prairie Biker Rally. In case you’re wondering, they know how to throw a party out there on the prairie…they’ve never had too much fun.
The Prairie Biker Rally features three days of motorcycles, music, cold beer, good food, lovely ladies, and the relaxed atmosphere of the rural life. If that’s not enough for you, consider this: they’ve thrown in MMA cage fighting on Saturday, a concert on Friday, a Sunday hog roast and monster poker run featuring a 2002 Harley-Davidson Sportster as the grand prize along with thousands more in cash and prizes. Wrap all this together with food, fun, a beer garden, a Fallen Firefighter Tribute, a bike rodeo, a bike show, and---oh, yeah—all those prairie roads waiting to be ridden hard.
The rally has grown from a modest 80-bike affair the first year to more than 1500 people coming out last year. The Prairie Biker Rally is growing, and so are the good times. Only 90 miles Northeast of Denver on I-76, getting to the rally is not an arduous trip…and with all the good times waiting there, the trip is well worth it.
