SUNS OF DARKNESS CELEBRATE 38 YEARS
As one of the oldest motorcycle clubs in Colorado, the Suns Of Darkness have had a consistent presence in Denver. The Denver club marked 38 years in November, so, naturally, they had too mark the occasion.
There’s only one way the Suns Of Darkness know how to do that.
The club once again open up its Williams Street clubhouse to everyone for another great party in a long list of great parties the club has hosted.
Vehicles lined the street for blocks around the clubhouse the night of November 21, and it was standing room only inside. The bar stayed busy, and it seemed everyone took advantage of the great food once again laid out for guests. A steady supply of give-aways and recognition certificates kept attention inside, but as is to be expected, there just wasn’t enough room inside.
As the party spilled out into the backyard, a couple of warming fires were lit, and more and more people made their way outside as the indoors continued to fill up. With representatives from nearly every Denver-area motorcycle club on hand, and an impressive collection of independents and plain ol’ party seekers, this was a party that was destined to be remembered.
But then, after 38 years, the Suns Of darkness have had a lot of parties, and most of them were a great time. So, more than trying to out-do themselves, the club just had another great party. Sort of just keeping up a fine tradition.
There’s something to be said for consistency.
